HOW IT WORKS
The intake gives Jamie the context she needs before choosing products, protocols, pacing, or handling. Skin history, coat condition, behavior, age, sensitivities, and comfort all matter.
After that, she'll confirm the care plan with you before the first visit, so you'll know what she's focusing on and why.
Education is half of what I do. At every visit I'll show you what I'm seeing, what's changing, and exactly how to maintain your dog's skin and coat at home, and I stock the ISB products I use so your home routine matches your dog's plan.
